Dubber and Craig Customs Ltd is an independent Customs Broker located in Mt. Albert, Auckland. Established in 1986 we offer import, export, and freight forwarding services.
We arrange the international freighting of consignments by both Air and Sea and provide full documentation and clearance services for both imports and exports. We can also arrange the pick-up and delivery of goods anywhere in New Zealand.
Our Customs Brokers are fully qualified holders of the New Zealand Certificate of Customs, and have decades of experience in customs related matters.

Importing
We assist importers with advice, expert knowledge in tariff classification, customs valuation, biosecurity and food safety requirement and the timely clearance of goods through all border protection procedures without incurring unnecessary costs.
We have a thorough knowledge of importing foodstuffs, chemicals, live plant material, textiles including clothing and footwear, machinery, and general giftware.

We can arrange the shipment of your goods from overseas, clear them on arrival and deliver them to their destination for you.
We have proven expertise clearing food products. They require clearance by multiple agencies before they can be delivered from the wharf and we are fully conversant with MPI and Food Safety requirements.
We are also very experienced with importing textiles, clothing and footwear. This is a complex area of the tariff and we are familiar with the concessions available for these products to ensure they are admitted duty free, where applicable.

- Facilitating the export of your goods to most destinations worldwide, by air or sea
- Preparation of export documents and arranging freight bookings as requested by clients
- The delivery of the goods to the wharf or a packing depot
- Preparation of the Customs Export Entry
- Obtaining certificates of origin that comply with Free trade agreement requirements
- Export insurance.
- The import clearance and delivery to final destination if this is required under your terms of sale.
